The themes in the competition were a well thought of combination of both simplicity and challenge, some of them being stranded on an island, daughter of a martyr, first pimple etc. There was a wide scope for the participants to freely interpret and innovatively present themselves. It was interesting to see so many different interpretations and perspectives flowing from some common themes and of course the spontaneity and spirit of the participants was commendable. While there was humour in some acts, there was poignancy in others, some speeches were full of wit while some enraptured the audience with their sheer honesty.

The judgement criteria comprised confidence level, content and body language . Each of these parameters saw varying levels of accomplishment in different performances. The judges also appreciated the performances and also gave some valuable tips for further improvement.
