Finally, The IIS University opened the door of it’s campus for the students after the long pause on March 8,2021. This coincidentally was also the occasion of International Women’s Day. So, apparently The IISU theatrical society, presented their Nukkad Natak, called ‘Sashakt’ which is entirely oriented to the problems faced by women in the society. ‘Sashakt’ doesn’t only display the problems faced by women but also put a great limelight to how they tackle those problems. It’s an open tribute to all the strongest women. The event took place in the University Lawns, from 12:00-12:15 pm. All the students including the freshers enjoyed and praised the event. It also went live on the Instagram page of The IISU theatrical society.

Apart from this huge success of the event, the another good point was in the history of The IISU theatrical society, for the first time, freshers participated & acted on the first day of college.

There were also, various stalls set up by the students of NSS at the same location.
